Bending a cutting reinforcement steel
Cutting reinforcement bars of 6 to 40 mm is done by an automatic cutter FlexiPlus 250 – 40. The machine automatically cuts those steel bars to be bent from those, which are cut to measure only.
Reinforcing steel is cut by way of innovative bidirectional bends technologies with use of the CS 440 SX machine with bidirectional bends or semi-automatic benders.
Precise production of bidirectional stirrups of rolled steel of up to 16mm in diameter and 12 m of length on a fully automatic stirrup bender machine.
Manufacturing continuous stirrup
Innovative processing of continuous stirrup, whose vertical arms are always vertical to the main reinforcement, while the horizontal arms diverge, determining the pitch (also variable) among the different stirrups. The continuous stirrup eliminates all the errors that may occur on the jobsite during the placing of the reinforcement.
Manufacturing reinforcing welded steel KARI grids and screens and welded reinforcing cages
Welding of KARI grids with atypical measures, parametrical and trapezoid grids, welding and assembly of reinforcing cages for use in piles and pillars, welding and assembly of ground tables and miscellaneous compact reinforcement elements.
Formwork assemblage
Formworks of footings, walls, columns, ceilings, girders, stairways as well as special formworks.
Building locksmithery
Production and assembly of steel constructions, sheds, railings, staircases, covers, grates and other locksmithery products based on submitted drawings, including surface finish.
Placement and assembly of reinforcement
Placement and assembly of reinforcement directly in the process of construction of monolithic structures, bridge objects, supporting walls, cooling towers, tunnels, piles, underpasses, etc.
Transport services
STEEL-MAX provides for transportation of all processed material directly to places determined by its customers either in its own capacity or using third-party transport companies.

Our business activities include sale of reinforcing steel, welded KARI steel grids, metallurgical materials, spacers, baling wire.
